Birthday planning

Alina wanted to have special Mommy/Alina time so we went to the party store to gather birthday items.  After she picked out her "goody bag" items we decided to go for tea.

Giggle Box Girl

Alina wanted to call Daddy this afternoon so we did but he wasn't able to answer.  Then she wanted to send Daddy a picture (email) so we did then she wanted to 'do it again'...

Coffee with Daddy

Alina's 1st day of school (Centennial YCC)

Home visit from Ms Laura (new teacher for YCC)

This afternoon Alina's new teacher from the Young Children's Community at Centennial Montessori made a visit to introduce herself.  Ms Laura has made many changes to the old Toddler House at Centennial and is very excited to have the school term start (next week).

Alina will visit her new classroom next week and meet Mr Hop Hop (their new bunny)!

Big Sister

Alina gave Cian a big hug and kiss then told him "I love you Cian".  What a sweetie pie!

Happy times waiting for Cian to wake up and Aidan to get out of school.  Lots of giggles...  Love my little girl!

Soccer Practice

As with Aidan, Alina is also participating in soccer practice on Saturdays.  But, it is more focussed on teaching them to kick a ball.  Parents participate in her practice, and Alina insists on holding Dad's hand the entire time; this impedes her forward progress but keeps her engaged.

Aidan follows along behind, shouting encouragement as Alina kicks the ball from point to point.  She does not know what to make of it all, but is easy going and not inclined to anxiety, so just goes with it at this point.

As with Aidan, it is a fun activity for a Saturday morning.

I love my brothers!

My big brother Aidan is my best friend!  I just couldn't help myself at the library today during story time, I had to give him a hug and kiss!  Then at dinner Cian smiled at me.  I have the BEST brothers in the world!

Not feeling well today, runny nose and low grade fever.  Hope to sleep better tonight.
